WinFX Beta 2 was launched yesterday (along with Vista Beta 2). This WinFX build contains the Windows Workflow Foundation Beta 2.2 installation that has been previously available as a stand-alone installation. Additionally, a go-live license is available for this technology for those of you interested in deploying your applications built on top of Windows Workflow Foundation and the rest of the WinFX stack.
